How do I add my songs?
Plug the frame into any computer with the included USB-C cable. It opens like a USB drive with folders 1–9 — drop one MP3 into each. You can change them anytime. Prefer not to? Choose Load my songs for me and we'll do it before shipping.
What photos work best?
Bright, sharp photos with faces close to the camera — especially for the discs. Phone photos are perfect; screenshots and tiny images are not.
Will I see my design before it's printed?
Yes. You'll see a live preview as you upload, and we email you a design proof to approve before anything is printed.
How long does delivery take?
Each frame is made to order in 2–5 business days, then shipped free with tracking (usually 6–15 business days). Your exact estimate appears at checkout.
