Every Fridge Sounds frame is made to order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, faulty or printed incorrectly

If your frame arrives damaged, stops working, or has a print mistake on our side, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll repair it, send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask, and we cover any return shipping.

Personalized frames

Frames printed with your own photos or text are made especially for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns or refunds for a change of mind on personalized frames. This is in line with consumer law in the EU and UK, where items made to the customer's specifications are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Before printing, we email you a design proof so you can approve every detail.

Ready designs

Frames in one of our ready designs (not personalized) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused, complete and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. In the EU and UK you may also withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

How to request help

Email us with your order number and a short description. For damage or faults, please add a photo or a short video — it helps us solve it fast. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear.

Cancellations

You can cancel or change your order free of charge until you approve your design proof. After production has started, personalized orders can no longer be cancelled.
