Questions
Good to know
Can't find your answer? We reply within 24 hours.
How do I add my songs?
Plug the frame into any computer with the included USB-C cable. It opens like a USB drive with folders 1–9 — drop one MP3 into each. You can change them anytime. Prefer not to? Choose Load my songs for me and we'll do it before shipping.
Does it need a phone, app or Wi-Fi?
No. The songs live inside the frame. Each disc has a tiny NFC chip — place it on the frame and its song starts playing.
Will I see my design before it's printed?
Yes. You'll see a live preview as you upload, and we email you a design proof to approve before anything is printed.
How long does delivery take?
Each frame is made to order in 2–5 business days, then shipped free with tracking (usually 6–15 business days). Your exact estimate appears at checkout.
What if something isn't right?
Our 30-day guarantee covers damage, defects and print mistakes — we repair, remake or refund your frame for free. Ready designs can also be returned within 30 days. Personalized frames are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind.
