Questions
Good to know
Can't find your answer? We reply within 24 hours.
How do I add my songs?
Plug the frame into any computer with the included USB-C cable. It opens like a USB drive with folders 1–9 — drop one MP3 into each. You can change them anytime. Prefer not to? Choose My own songs and we'll do it before shipping.
Does it need a phone, app or Wi-Fi?
No. The songs live inside the frame. Each disc has a tiny NFC chip — place it on the frame and its song starts playing.
Which carols are on the discs?
Silent Night, Jingle Bells, Deck the Halls, The First Noel, Joy to the World, O Come, All Ye Faithful, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, Hark! The Herald Angels Sing and O Holy Night — one on every disc. Prefer other songs? Choose My own songs and send us yours.
How long does delivery take?
Your frame ships within 1–3 business days, free with tracking (usually 6–15 business days). Your estimate appears at checkout, and you can follow your order on our order tracking page.
What if something isn't right?
Our 30-day guarantee covers damage and defects — we repair, replace or refund your frame for free. You can also return it within 30 days if you change your mind.
